These terms govern your access to and use of the FirewallIQ Secure platform and the firewalliqsecure.com website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Srida IT Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd ("Srida IT").
1. Authorized use only
You may use the Service only against assets, networks, and systems for which you have explicit written authorization. By creating a scope and signing it, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to request validation of every target within that scope. Misuse may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
2. Acceptable use
You may not (a) attempt to use the Service to exploit, attack, or otherwise harm any system; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to disable safety controls; (c) use the Service to scan targets outside the signed scope; (d) use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, actions taken under your account, and the assignment of roles to your users. You agree to enable MFA and follow the platform's approval workflows for sensitive actions.
4. Subscription & payment
Fees are as set out in your order form. Subscriptions auto-renew unless either party gives written notice 30 days before the renewal date.
5. Service levels
SLAs (if any) are as set out in your order form. Scheduled maintenance is notified at least 7 days in advance.
6. Intellectual property
Srida IT retains all rights to the Service, including its safety profile, models, and reporting templates. You retain ownership of your findings and evidence.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses for its own (and not less than reasonable care).
8. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability arising out of these terms will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect.
